Pam Nelson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist and Certified EMDR Therapist residing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She owns a private therapy practice guiding adult survivors of childhood trauma to reparent the most wounded parts of self. Pam took the knowledge from her own life-long relationship with trauma and anxiety and over 20 years of research and work in the mental health field to create the Release, Relax, Redirect Method © for anxiety relief to teach others to empower themselves to access peace. She shares this method via digital courses, an on-demand video website, and individual therapy sessions. It is her greatest desire to share with others the tools she has learned to honor and soothe all parts of themselves so they can live their most joyful life.
