Is Remble free?
Providing affordable access to quality health and wellness resources is important to us, so we make certain portions of the app free to use, including daily relationship content. For those interested in longer guided journeys and more extensive practices and exercises, we also offer a premium membership with monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription options.
How do you keep my personal information and data private and safe?
We use NIST-compliant security practices to help protect the security of personal information you provide to us and the information we collect automatically. Before we work with third-party vendors, we ensure they use industry-accepted security practices.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password or are having any trouble logging in, please contact us at
support@remble.com
or use the form above to send a message. Our team will be in touch as soon as possible to get you back into your account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your account.
Tap “Profile” and then “Subscriptions”.
Tap “Cancel Subscription” to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
At the end of your billing cycle, you’ll be downgraded to a freemium account and will lose access to Premium features and content.
